This page explains how cancellation works for your Lead Savage subscription. It brings together the cancellation sections of our Terms of Service, quoted word for word below, which remain the full agreement.
No setup fee, month-to-month, no long-term contract.
Cancel anytime: in the app under Settings, then the Billing tab, or by emailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, fees are non-refundable, and your account data is permanently deleted at that time, so export anything you need first before the end of your current billing cycle.
1. Month-to-Month Billing
There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Your subscription is month-to-month, billed in advance, and continues until you cancel.
From our Terms of Service, Section 4 and Section 5Your Subscription plan, plan fee, and any included allowances are as presented to you at checkout, in your order form, or as posted on the Platform. Subscriptions may be offered month-to-month or on a prepaid multi-month commitment as described at the point of sale.
Advance billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance of each service period.
Auto-renewal. Your Subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel under Section 12.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time in either of these ways:
In the app: go to Settings, then open the Billing tab, and cancel there.
By email: email us at [email protected].
Not using the platform does not cancel your subscription. Billing continues until you formally cancel.
From our Terms of Service, Section 12 and Section 5You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the Platform, through our cancellation process, or by contacting support.
Auto-renewal. Your Subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel under Section 12.
3. Done-For-You Work and Fees
Canceling your subscription also cancels any done-for-you work, but any fees owed for done-for-you services still have to be paid per your contract.
From our Terms of Service, Section 12Cancelling a Subscription does not cancel or relieve you of DFY fees owed.
4. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be charged for the next cycle.
From our Terms of Service, Section 12Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.
5. No Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including for any unused part of a billing period.
From our Terms of Service, Section 12 and Section 7Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amount, unused wallet balance, DFY Services fee, or unused portion of a prepaid term.
Except where required by applicable law, all payments to Lead Savage are final and non-refundable, including Subscription fees, DFY Services fees, Usage-Based Charges, wallet balances and top-ups, and prepaid commitments. Unused wallet balances are non-refundable.
6. Your Data After Cancellation
Export or back up anything you want to keep before your subscription ends. After your account ends, we delete your account.
From our Terms of Service, Section 17You are responsible for exporting your Client Content before your Subscription ends. Following termination, we will delete your account.
If you are moving to another platform, contact us before you cancel.
From our Terms of Service, Section 13.3If you choose to leave Lead Savage, then upon your written request made before cancellation, and provided all amounts owed are paid in full, Lead Savage will release your sub-account as a standalone account directly with the Underlying Platform Provider. This is the sole and exclusive method by which your account is transitioned away from Lead Savage. Only your Client Content (your original data, contacts, and materials) is included in that release. Lead Savage IP, including in-platform DFY deliverables, does not transfer, and may not be exported or duplicated, as part of any departure, consistent with Section 10A.5. Websites, funnels, automations, templates, and snapshots built by Lead Savage remain Lead Savage IP under Section 13.1, and your right to use them ends on termination. Lead Savage is under no obligation to release your account to any third-party agency, reseller, or platform other than as a standalone account provisioned directly to you. A reasonable administrative fee may apply to offboarding, as disclosed at the time of the request.
Some limited records may be kept where the law or legitimate business needs require it.
From our Terms of Service, Section 17We may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as financial records, dispute records, and security logs), which will not be accessible to you and will be handled under our Privacy Policy.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please cancel through one of the two options above and contact us about any billing question before going to your bank or card company.
From our Terms of Service, Section 8You agree to contact us to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for Services rendered.
The steps Lead Savage may take after an improper chargeback are listed in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.
8. Coming Back
You are welcome back anytime. A reactivated account starts on current pricing and terms, and previously deleted data may not be restorable.
