Your Voice AI Agent Can Finally Hang Up on Spam Callers
Your Voice AI agent doesn't get annoyed by spam calls. It also didn't used to be able to do anything about them — it just answered, every time, exactly like it was supposed to for a real lead.
Two problems, one setting

This closes both gaps at once: how the agent ends a call, and whether it should be talking to this number at all. The "end call" behavior is now something you actually control — a hangup prompt that tells the agent how to wrap up a conversation. And running alongside it, spam detection works in two layers: one that watches for spam signals during the call, and one that reviews the call afterward.
It doesn't just answer politely and hope for the best anymore. It notices, it remembers, and eventually it stops picking up.
How the blocking actually works
Flag one spam call and nothing happens yet. But flags add up inside a 24-hour window, and once a number crosses the threshold you set, it gets blocked automatically. When a number does get blocked, you can have the platform notify an admin, a custom email address, or both.
Setting it up
Turn on "End Call & Spam Protection" in your platform settings. Open your Voice AI agent, find "End call" under the During the Call section, review or customize the hangup prompt. Turn on during-the-call spam detection and/or after-the-call analysis. Set your block threshold and choose who gets notified when a number is blocked. Test before going live.
The takeaway
If your Voice AI agent has been answering the same handful of spam numbers over and over, turn this on. Set a hangup prompt, pick a block threshold, and let the agent start doing the screening you'd do yourself if you were the one picking up.
